Stayed for two weeks (late 2021) in a One Bedroom Premier Apartment and enjoyed our stay greatly. Modern and comfortable with new appliances including two air con units, washing machine, and fridge. Secure parking and super helpful staff.The balcony for our apartment had a view of native bush across the creek and we enjoyed watching the tuis and wood pigeons doing their thing, and seeing the kauri trees too (we don't get them in Welly).Highly recommended.

I stay in a lot of places around the country and I was surprised at how impressed I was when I stayed here a couple of weeks ago. Brand new luxury apartments without flaws. Great walking trails and shopping centre nearby. Spacious well designed and decorated apartments. Lots of open spaces and even a new basketball court. The GM Matt Nicholas had a wealth of local knowledge and is an asset to the business. I look forward to staying here again in the future for work or pleasure.

We have enjoyed staying here twice now, would use it again. Really friendly management. Highly recommend it for a place to stay.

The block is setting at a beautiful and quiet spot. The balcony of the unit that we stayed is facing to Gills Scenic Reserve. Mountain view and the sound of the creek make our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. The unit is very spacious. The basement Car park is secured and generous, easy to maneuver. Modern interior, stylish furniture and appliances, and most importantly, it is super clean. Fully recommend and definitely will come back!
